Reach out to our dedicated support team via phone or email to initiate your return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your System

Carefully disassemble your Tower Garden and pack all original components, including the reservoir and pump, into the original shipping containers to ensure safe transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the outside of your package with the provided RMA number and ship the unit back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
